‘Marriage and Medicine’ Season 11 Trailer: Phaedra Parks Gasps as Ex-Husband Apollo Nida Goes Down on Tour (Exclusive)

I Married a Doctor It’s back for another episode, and it looks like death is a game!

PEOPLE can premiere the first trailer for season 11 of the hit reality series, shared exclusively with LoveBScott. The event begins on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 9pm ET on Bravo.

Back again are old stars Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Toya Bush Harris and Quad Webb, along with two new additions from last season: Phaedra Parks and Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford.

They will be joined by former star Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, who makes her return this year as a Friend. He started talking about it I Married a Doctor as a full-time member in season 5 and stayed in season 9. Last year, he appeared as a guest.

There is also another Friend in the mix, the new addition Dr. Myrica “Mimi” Sanders. A practicing psychiatrist specializing in women’s mental health, she is married to Steve Sanders, a former NFL receiver. They share two children, daughter Savannah Faye, 6, and son Steven “Stevie” Michael, 8.

This season will see the stars of Marrying Medicine At the crossroads of friendship, according to the release, some in the group “are ready to renew bonds while others are gathering forgiveness.”

But not all those roads leading to peace are smooth, as Dr. Heavenly is learning the hard way. He is at the center of two major conflicts seen in the trailer: one between him and Dr. Contessa and another involving Lateasha.

Conflicts between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Contessa should not be surprised at Marrying Medicine viewers. The couple has a long history of going back and forth, and Dr. Contessa even says in the trailer that “there were times when I wanted to choke the s— out of Heaven.”

He hasn’t done that this season, but he seems to be getting close. At the end of the trailer, she accuses Heaven after saying that Dr. Contessa abuses. “Square up, ho!” Dr. Contessa shouts, as the others try to get between them.

As for Latesha, she returns to Dr. Heavenly after saying that Latesha’s husband Dr. Gregory Lunceford cheats. “If he [says] one more disrespectful thing, I stop him and stop.”

Dr. Gregory has his own issues. In the trailer, he argues with Dr. Damon Kimes, husband of Dr. Heavenly, and is about to bump into Quad’s new boyfriend, King.

“Who do you think you’re talking to bro?” Doctor Gregory shouts. “I know what your girl is like!”

When it comes to drama and exes, however, Phaedra takes the cake. The trailer shows her face twitching as her ex-husband Apollo Nida and his new wife, Sherien Almufti, appear during the jousting session. “Does anyone know Apollo and Sherien are coming?” Quad can be heard asking, as the couple walk hand in hand down the pier.

Later, Phaedra – who appeared to be sitting in the arms of a mysterious man when Apollo and Sherien arrived – is seen packing her bags and leaving the getaway.

“Some people can be played, and I’m not one of them,” Phaedra says.

Dr. Jackie takes care of her celebrity clients and advocates for women’s health all the way to the White House. With his friendship in a good place, he tries to keep the peace between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. The Contessa when a great commotion causes chaos. Her annual Med Gala is left with broken promises, which puts her loyalty and patience to the test.

Often the friendship of Dr. Simon is back on track. However, his relationship with Quad is a mark of endless questions. Although things need work in the field of nursing, Dr. Simon is ready to move on. Miles and Michael live in the condo and Dr. Simone and Cecil are checking to make sure their investment is top notch. With so much going on, Simone and Cecil try to get the team together for a vacation in Key West, Fla., which turns out to be a disaster in more ways than one. Will they be able to reunite the ladies without rocking the boat?

Dr. Heavenly admits her mistakes and apologizes to her friends. As he works to become a professional, his son Zachary follows in his dental footsteps while new daughter Alaura is home from college. Dr. Damon tries to keep the peace on the troubled waters with Dr. G and Lateasha. However, the media interference of Dr. Heavenly and Lateasha and the broken friendship with Dr. Contessa doesn’t make it easy when she takes matters into her own hands.

Toya and Dr. Eugene will soon be new parents and between discussions about puberty with Dr. Eugene creates his own healthy lifestyle, Toya gives her extra opinion on all the parts that are suitable or not. When it comes to the ladies, Toya takes the lead in directing Beyoncé-inspired photos during their farm trip to an event themed “Bridgerton”. He makes sure the women have fun while he deals with their affairs, including his own. Do others feel that he is overstepping his boundaries?

Mrs. Quad is full of surprises as she hands out birthday party invitations and olive branches to women after a rollercoaster ride of friendship. Quad is ready to reveal his “King” to women and potential motherhood plans. With a lot on his plate, Quad hopes to rack up a few unique requests while renewing his relationship with the team.

Phaedra Parks, Esq., is busier than ever watching her sons Ayden and Dylan grow up before her eyes as she interacts with her parents and Apollo. Phaedra also works to calm the chaos among the women, but when she accepts the girls’ glamping trip, her sense of humor goes out the window and her efforts to help Dr. Jackie planning the Med Gala takes a dramatic turn. As tensions rise, will you be able to help bridge their gap?

Lateasha and Dr. G are happily married while working to expand their family. Tea starts a new dating business for age gap relationships and sparks a growing friendship with Dr. Contessa. However, there is a public uproar caused by Dr. Heavenly and with no forgiveness available, will Sweet Tea be able to keep her cool?
